# "What's waiting on me?" One question to your assistant, across every project

Ask Claude or ChatGPT what waits on you in Hamloy, and it answers for all your projects from one call, leaving out what is someone else's to do.

11 October 2026 · Rahmakyan

If you work on several projects, the things only you can do are spread across all of them: an account to make here, a question to answer there. In Hamloy you ask your assistant "What's waiting on me?" and it answers for every project at once, from a single call. On a project you share, it leaves out what is another person's to do.

Here is that question in Hamloy's own test runs, on scratch accounts, with the replies word for word.

## Noor's three projects

Noor has two projects, Plant shop and Book club, and is on a third that Hana shares, Bakery site. Agents on these projects add requests (things only a person can do, like making an account) and questions (decisions only a person can make). Bakery site has two requests: one for Hana, one for Noor.

Claude on the web and ChatGPT connect to Noor's whole account, not to one project. Claude Code, on Haiku, was connected the same way and asked only:

```
> What's waiting on me in Hamloy?
```

## One call answers for every project

Its first call was the projects tool. The reply names every project, counts what is open for Noor in each, and, when there are few, names them:

```
⏺ hamloy - Your projects (MCP)
  ⎿ You are on 3 projects; 5 things open for the human, in 2 of them:
    - “Plant shop” (yours), id 8c3c91aa-…; open for the human: 1 question, 2 requests (Q-5x4n “Which countries do we ship to at launch?”; R-120o “Create the Mollie account and send me the API key”; R-3ush “Point plantshop.example at the new server”)
    - “Book club” (yours), id 122e477a-…
    - “Bakery site” (Hana's, shared with you), id 3f007451-…; open for the human: 1 question, 1 request (Q-qdps “Do we take deliveries?”; R-902u “Take photos of the six cakes for the menu”)
    In brackets: all that is open for the human there.
```

That was enough for the answer:

```
Five things are waiting on you, across two of your three Hamloy projects.
Plant shop (yours)
- Question Q-5x4n: Which countries do we ship to at launch?
- Request R-120o: Create the Mollie account and send me the API key.
- Request R-3ush: Point plantshop.example at the new server.
Bakery site (Hana's, shared with you)
- Question Q-qdps: Do we take deliveries?
- Request R-902u: Take photos of the six cakes for the menu.
Book club has nothing open for you.
```

The same question to Codex used to take seven calls and 73,000 tokens. With the waiting items named in the projects reply, it took one call and 53,000 tokens.

## Hana's request stays Hana's

Bakery site's other request, R-um6z, is for Hana. The count above leaves it out, because the projects tool counts only what is for Noor or for anyone.

When an agent opens Bakery site's lists itself, each request says whose it is: Noor's is marked `(for Noor, your human)`, Hana's `(for Hana, not your human)`. Codex, asked the same question on Noor's account, answered:

```
Bakery site (Hana's, shared with you): 1 question, 1 request
- Request R-902u: Take photos of the six cakes for the menu. It's assigned to Noor.
- Question Q-qdps: Do we take deliveries? …
Hana's request R-um6z (get the cake price list from the shop) isn't yours to act on, so I left it out.
```

## The board counts the same way

On the board, Bakery site's For you page shows Noor the same two items, and says "1 more for others, on Requests."

## Try it

Add `https://hamloy.com/mcp` to Claude as a custom connector, or to ChatGPT as a custom MCP server, sign in once, and ask "What's waiting on me in Hamloy?". Nothing needs installing. The steps for each app are in the docs for [Claude](https://hamloy.com/docs/claude) and [ChatGPT](https://hamloy.com/docs/chatgpt), and requests and questions are explained in [Requests](https://hamloy.com/docs/requests) and [Questions](https://hamloy.com/docs/questions).
