# Terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Rahmakyan (rahmakyan.com, KVK number 42187864), in the Netherlands, who make Hamloy. By making an account you agree to them. Questions go to [support@hamloy.com](mailto:support@hamloy.com).

## What Hamloy is

Hamloy keeps the to-do lists of your projects: tasks, requests for you, and questions for you, written by you and by the AI assistants you connect. You see them on a board at hamloy.com and your assistants reach them through MCP.

## Your account

- You need to be 16 or older.
- One account is for one person. Keep your way of signing in safe; what is done with your account is your responsibility.
- The assistants you connect act for you. What they write to your lists counts as written by you, so connect only assistants you trust, and disconnect the ones you no longer use under Connect › Connected apps.

## Your lists are yours

What you and your assistants write stays yours. You let us keep it, show it to you and to the people you share a project with, and back it up, only to run Hamloy for you. You can export any project as plain Markdown at any time, and delete it. How we handle your data is on the [privacy page](https://hamloy.com/privacy).

## Fair use

Don't use Hamloy to break the law, to harm others, to store what you have no right to, or to attack, overload or get around the limits of the service. If you do, we may suspend or close your account. We tell you why, unless the law stops us.

## Plans and paying

- **Free** is one project, for as long as you like.
- **Pro** is unlimited projects, and sharing them with other people. It costs what the [pricing](https://hamloy.com/pricing) says, for each person on your projects, you included, monthly or yearly, paid in advance. Prices include VAT.
- **Creem** (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia, creem.io) takes the payments: it sells Pro to you as merchant of record, so the payment, the receipt and the VAT are Creem's, under its [Buyer Terms](https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms). People who join one of your projects are added to your bill, and you pay for the rest of the period they are on it.
- You cancel on the account page, with Cancel Pro.
- You can cancel any time; Pro then runs until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted: projects beyond the free one turn read-only, and you can still read, export and delete them.
- When prices change, we email you at least 30 days before, and the new price starts with your next period.

## Refunds

- Within 14 days of your first payment for Pro, write to [support@hamloy.com](mailto:support@hamloy.com) and you get it back in full, no questions asked.
- When a yearly plan has renewed and you cancel it, write to us and you get back the full months that are left.
- Otherwise payments are not refunded, unless the law says they must be.
- Creem pays the refund back the way you paid.

## The service

We work to keep Hamloy running, fast and safe, and to keep your data backed up. Even so, it is given as it is: it can be down now and then, and it can change. When we take away something you rely on, we tell you in advance.

Hamloy keeps your lists; it doesn't check the work your assistants do. What they write, build, merge or deploy is yours to review, whatever Hamloy shows as done.

## Liability

As far as the law allows, we are liable only for direct damage that we cause on purpose or by gross negligence, up to what you paid us in the 12 months before. This never limits our liability for fraud, or for death or injury, nor what the law gives you as a consumer.

## Ending

You can stop any time by deleting your account under Account › Delete your account. We can end the service for you with 30 days' notice by email, and you keep the right to export your projects until the end. If we ever stop Hamloy altogether, you get at least 90 days to export.

## Changes to these terms

When these terms change in a way that matters, we email you at least 30 days before. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before the change takes effect.

## Law

Dutch law applies. A disagreement goes to the court in the Netherlands, unless as a consumer the law lets you go to your own court.
