Data deletion

Last changed on 11 October 2026.

You can delete your Hamloy account, and everything in it, at any time. This page says how, and what happens to your data when you do. What we keep about you, and why, is on the privacy page.

How to delete your account

  1. Delete it yourself under Account › Delete your account. It is deleted at once and for good.
  2. If you can't sign in, first try "Forgot password?". If that fails, write to [email protected] from the account's own address, and we delete it by hand within 30 days.
  3. Backups that still hold deleted data are gone within 30 days.
  4. What you wrote in a project someone else owns stays in that project's lists, as part of their work.

What goes with it

Deleting your account removes it at once, with every project you own and everything in them: the lists, their history and views, the people you shared them with, the assistants you let in, the tokens you made, your passkeys, and the ways you sign in. If you have Pro, it is cancelled at Creem at the same moment, so you aren't charged again.

Only a project, or only an assistant

  • To delete one project and keep your account, open the project's settings and delete it there. It goes at once, with everything in it.
  • To stop an assistant reaching your lists, disconnect it under Connect › Connected apps. It stops working at once.

Before you go

You can download any project's lists as plain Markdown first, with Download lists in the board's menu. Once your account is deleted, we can't bring it back.

Questions go to [email protected].
