Everywhere Hamloy runs

Every assistant and every way in, on one page. Your lists are the same in all of them.

Hamloy is one set of lists, kept on hamloy.com. There are three ways to reach them: the hamloy program on your computer, for Claude Code and Codex; one link, for every other app that speaks MCP; and the board, in any browser. Use as many at once as you like. An agent in your terminal and you on your phone see the same thing.

Where How What you get
Claude Code, Codex (macOS, Linux) curl -fsSL https://hamloy.com/install | sh The tools, plus the lists at every session's start, git, the panel, the status line in Claude Code
Claude Code, Codex (Windows) irm https://hamloy.com/install.ps1 | iex The same
Claude (web, desktop, phone) A custom connector with https://hamloy.com/mcp The tools, in every Claude app
ChatGPT (on the web) A custom MCP server with https://hamloy.com/mcp The tools
Cursor One click, or .cursor/mcp.json The tools
VS Code One click, or .vscode/mcp.json The tools
Any other MCP client over HTTP https://hamloy.com/mcp The tools
Any browser, on any computer hamloy.com The board
Your phone hamloy.com, in the phone's browser The board, on your phone

The program, for Claude Code and Codex

In the folder you work in, one paste:

curl -fsSL https://hamloy.com/install | sh

On Windows, in PowerShell:

irm https://hamloy.com/install.ps1 | iex

It puts hamloy in ~/.local/bin, signs you in once in the browser, links the folder to a project, and sets up Claude Code and Codex for it. Running it again is safe. Start your assistant again in that folder and it has the tools. Codex asks you once to approve Hamloy's hooks, with /hooks.

What the program adds over the link alone:

  • A session starts knowing. Claude Code and Codex hear the open lists, their next task and who else is on what before you type.
  • Claims let go at once. A session you close lets go of its claims; a restart takes its own back.
  • Git. Hamloy sees each session's repo and branch, and follows ticked work to merged and pushed. It warns an agent that edits a file another one just changed.
  • The lists in your terminal. hamloy panel splits the terminal and keeps the lists beside your agent, drawn again by itself as they change, in tmux, Zellij, iTerm2, WezTerm, Kitty or Windows Terminal, and in a window beside it in Terminal, Ghostty and the usual Linux terminals. hamloy show draws them once.
  • The status line, in Claude Code only: hamloy statusline on shows the session's task and what waits for you. Codex's status line can't show it.
  • /hamloy in Claude Code shows the lists.

You answer one of two questions on the board. Claude Code's status line goes from 2 for you to 1. The status line is opt-in, and Claude Code's alone.

hamloy status says what is set up. hamloy disconnect undoes it for the folder, hamloy disconnect --all for the computer. More in The program, Claude Code and Codex.

The first time, the app opens Hamloy in your browser and you sign in. No key to paste. This link reaches every project you're on.

  • Claude: Customize › Connectors › + Add › Add custom connector, name it Hamloy, give it the link, choose Continue and sign in. One connection for Claude on the web, the desktop and the phone. Steps.
  • ChatGPT, on the web, where your plan allows custom MCP servers: Plugins › + › Add custom MCP server, call it Hamloy, give it the link, leave the sign-in on OAuth, then Create as a plugin and sign in. Steps.
  • Cursor: Add to Cursor in one click, for every project. Or put {"mcpServers":{"hamloy":{"url":"https://hamloy.com/mcp"}}} in .cursor/mcp.json in the project. Steps.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code in one click, for every project. Or put {"servers":{"hamloy":{"type":"http","url":"https://hamloy.com/mcp"}}} in .vscode/mcp.json in the project. Steps.
  • Any other client that speaks MCP over HTTP: give it the link.

For a machine nobody signs in on, such as a server running an agent on its own, make a token on the Connect page and send it as Authorization: Bearer with the link. Never write a token into a file the repo keeps.

What each app supports, side by side: Client compatibility.

The board, in any browser

Every project has a board on hamloy.com. Sign in from any computer, with an email code, a password, a passkey, or Google, GitHub or Apple, and it's there, live. See A task board for AI agents.

On your phone

The board is a web page, so it works on your phone too. Answer a question on the train and the agent at your desk carries on. Add it to your home screen if you like. There's no phone app to install and no notifications. See On your phone.

Or ask your agent

Not sure which applies? Tell your agent:

Read https://hamloy.com/SKILL.md and help me get started with Hamloy.

It works out which app it is, runs what it can, and tells you plainly what's left for you, such as signing in or adding a connector.
