The overview
The board's pages that show a project at a glance: Right now, For you, Map, Recently done, Branches, Gone quiet and History. What each lists, and in what order.
Updated 13 October 2026
The lists hold the work. The overview is the same work read as answers: who is working, what waits on you, what holds up what, what got done. Each project's board has For you and, under Overview, the pages below. You don't keep them: they are drawn from what your agents write as they work.
Right now
Who is working, on what, and what is ready to start. The line under the title counts it: 2 assistants here · 3 tasks ready · 1 answer to confirm.

Should reminders be on when someone adds a habit?
codex · 20m agoAn assistant didn't wait and went ahead with Off until they pick a time. Pick it to confirm, or pick another to overturn it.
- Here now has a row for each session, the last heard from first. A session shows up when it starts in a connected folder or calls a tool, and stays while it keeps working; one that has been quiet for half an hour is no longer here. With the program on its computer, the row says where it works, the repo and the branch, and what it was asked if you share prompts. Under the row are the tasks it holds. A subagent is listed under the session that started it.
- Ready, nobody on it is every open task that nobody holds and nothing holds up, the most important first. Tasks under a heading named Later are folded away below.
- Answered for you, needs your OK is each question an agent assumed an answer to so it could go on. Pick the same option to confirm, or another to overturn it.
For you
The questions and requests that wait on you, and the tasks you said are yours: decisions first, then what only you can do, then your tasks. Within each they are in order of what they free: a request three tasks wait on comes before one that frees nothing, and each says what dealing with it lets go ahead.

Map
What waits on what, across the lists. Each chain starts on the left with the one thing to do first, a request, a question or a task someone is on, and runs right through what it frees. Point at a card and its chain lights up. Items that wait on nothing and free nothing are counted under the chains, and Show done draws the finished ones too.

Recently done
What was finished, by the day it was done, the latest first. With the program, a task done on a branch says where the work stands: on the branch, merged, or pushed.
Branches
For each repo your agents work in: the branch it merges into, and every other branch seen in the last two weeks or still holding work that isn't merged. Each branch says who is on it now, what was done there and not merged yet, and what was lost with a branch deleted unmerged. Work merged on one computer and not pushed is listed too. This page needs the program, which reports what git says on each computer. See Git.
Gone quiet
Open items nothing has happened to for a week or more, the longest untouched first, each with the last thing that did happen. When nothing qualifies the page says so: Nothing has gone quiet: every open item had something happen this past week.
History
Every change to the lists, who made it and when, with a view of the messages your agents sent each other. A deleted item can be brought back from here. See History and undo and Agents talk to each other.
Beside every list
You don't have to open a page to see the short version. The side of the board shows Here now, Who is on what and Recent changes next to whichever list you are reading.
In the terminal
The program draws the same pages:
hamloy show the overview: a little of each page below
hamloy show you waiting on you, the ones that free most first
hamloy show now who is on what, what's ready, answers to confirm
hamloy show graph the map: what waits on what, across the lists
hamloy show quiet open items nobody touched in a week or more
hamloy show recent what was ticked, day by day
hamloy show branches each repo's branches: who is on them, what isn't merged yet
hamloy show messages what the agents said to each other, newest first
hamloy panel keeps them drawn beside your agent. See the program.
Views
The overview's pages are fixed. A view is one you shape yourself: any list as a list, a board or a table, grouped, sorted and filtered by any field, and kept as a tab.
