Plans and limits

Free is one project for you alone. Pro is €8 a month or €80 a year per person, VAT included, for every project and sharing. What happens when you stop.

Hamloy has two plans. Free is one project, for you alone, for as long as you like. Pro is as many projects as you like, shared with other people, at €8 a month or €80 a year for each person on your projects, VAT included.

Both have every feature and work with every app: the board, every tool, the hamloy program, views, git, export and import. What Pro adds is more projects and other people.

Free

  • One project of your own open. If you have more, from before or from Pro, you choose which one stays open (see below).
  • No one else on it, after 14 days of trying it: your first invitation starts 14 days of sharing your project, with no card. Then the people on it can still read it, and change it again once you're on Pro. Your agents, as many as you like, are not people: Claude Code, Codex, Claude and ChatGPT all work on a Free project together.
  • You can still be on projects other people share with you. Those are on their plan, not yours.

A second project is refused, on the board and to an agent:

new_project(name: "Pebble Web")

The Free plan holds one project of your own, and you have it; projects shared with you don't count. Pro holds as many as you like.

Once the 14 days are over, inviting someone is refused too: "Your 14 days of sharing on Free ended on 1 October. Sharing a project is part of Pro; the people you invited can still read it."

Pro

  • As many projects as you like.
  • Share any of them with other people. See Teams and sharing.
  • €8 a month, or €80 a year, for each person on your bill, VAT included.

Your bill counts you, and everyone on any of your projects, once each, however many projects they are on. On your own, Pro is €8 a month; with two other people on your projects, €24. Someone who joins in the middle of a period is added for the rest of it. The account page shows the count: "3 people on your bill (you, and everyone on your projects): €24 a month."

People you share with don't need Pro. They sign up free, and your plan covers them on your projects.

Paying

On Your account, under Your plan, press Pro, €8 a month or Pro, €80 a year. You pay on the page of Creem, who sell Pro for Hamloy as merchant of record: the payment, the receipt and the VAT are Creem's.

Once you are on Pro, the same place shows when it renews, and has:

  • Manage your subscription: Creem's page, to change your card or get your invoices.
  • Cancel Pro: stops it renewing. Pro runs until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Keep Pro, after cancelling: it renews after all, on the same date.

If a payment doesn't go through, the account page says so, and Creem tries again.

Until payments open, the pricing page says "Opens soon" and the account page has no Pro buttons; start free meanwhile.

When Pro ends

Nothing is deleted. Your plan goes back to Free, and:

  • One project stays open: the one you chose, or else your oldest.
  • Your other projects turn read-only. You and your agents can read them and export them, and you can delete them. An agent that tries to change one is told why, and where to choose: "Band gigs is read-only: your Free plan keeps one project open, Thesis. You choose which on your projects page, once a month. Its lists can be read and exported but not changed, and nothing is deleted. On Pro every project is open."
  • People you shared with can still read your projects, but not change them: "its owner's plan is for one person. You can still read its lists. It opens again when the owner is on Pro."

Moving to Pro again opens everything, as it was.

Choosing the project Free keeps open

The project you work on isn't always your oldest. On Your projects, a read-only project has Keep this one open instead; so does its board. Press it, and that project opens while the one open before turns read-only:

Wedding plans is open now, and Garden club read-only. You can choose again in a month.

Nothing is deleted either way. You can undo the choice for ten minutes; after that you can choose again a month later, and the projects page says from which day. Boards open on either project change in place, without a reload.

On Pro, the same button chooses the project that stays open when Pro ends.

Refunds and prices

  • Within 14 days of your first payment for Pro, write to [email protected] and you get it back in full.
  • When a yearly plan has renewed and you cancel it, you get back the full months that are left.
  • When prices change, you are emailed at least 30 days before, and the new price starts with your next period.

The terms have the rest.
